Paragraph 13 Amendments to other enactments

In section 408 (transfers of property, rights or liabilities) of the Greater London Authority Act 1999f1—

(a)

omit paragraphs (gb), (gc) and (gd) in subsection (3); and

(b)

omit subsections (9) and (10).
