# The Opticians Act 1989 (Amendment) Order 2005, Paragraph 30: The Primary Care Trusts (Membership, Procedure and Administration Arrangements) Regulations 2000


In regulation 5(5) of the Primary Care Trusts (Membership, Procedure and Administration Arrangements) Regulations 2000 (disqualification for appointment: chairman and non-officer members), for sub-paragraph (d) substitute—
“(d) an optometrist or a dispensing optician whose name is entered in a register maintained under section 7 of the Opticians Act 1989;”.
