# The Organics (Equivalence and Control Bodies Listing) (Amendment) Regulations 2021, Regulation 2: Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007


(1) Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 on organic production and labelling of organic products is amended as follows.
(2) In Article 32(2) omit “, by regulations,”.
(3) In Article 33—
(a) in paragraph 2 omit “, by regulations,”;
(b) in paragraph 3 omit “, by regulations,”.
