  "text": "A company to which this Part applies must state the company’s name on all—\n(a) its business letters, notices and other official publications;\n(b) its bills of exchange, promissory notes, endorsements and order forms;\n(c) cheques purporting to be signed by or on behalf of the company;\n(d) orders for money, goods or services purporting to be signed by or on behalf of the company;\n(e) its bills of parcels, invoices and other demands for payments, receipts, and letters of credit;\n(f) its applications for licences to carry on a trade or activity;\n(g) other forms of its business correspondence and documentation; and\n(h) its websites,\nthat are used in carrying on the activities of its business in the United Kingdom.",
