# The Overseas Companies Regulations 2009, Regulation 75: Service of documents on director, secretary or permanent representative


The positions specified for the purposes of section 1140(2)(b) of the Companies Act 2006 (overseas companies that have registered particulars: persons on whom document may be served at registered address) are—
(a) director,
(b) secretary, and
(c) permanent representative.
