# The Overseas Companies Regulations 2009, Regulation 79: Revocations


The following Regulations are revoked—
(a) the Oversea Companies and Credit and Financial Institutions (Branch Disclosure) Regulations 1992,
(b) the Part XXIII Companies and Credit and Financial Institutions (Branch Disclosure) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1993.
