Paragraph 11 Company with existing registered place of business

(1)

The following particulars about the place of business, as they appeared on the register immediately before 1st October 2009, are treated as registered under regulation 7—

(a)

the date on which the place of business was opened, and

(b)

the name and service address of one or more persons resident in the United Kingdom authorised to accept service of documents on behalf of the company.

(2)

For the purposes of sub-paragraph (1)(b) an individual’s usual residential address as registered immediately before 1st October 2009 is treated as a service address.
