# The Overseas Marriage (Armed Forces) Order 2014, Article 10: Description of relevant civilian


For the purposes of paragraph 12(2) of Schedule 6 to the Act, the prescribed description of a civilian subject to service discipline is one who performs in support of Her Majesty’s forces any of the following functions: administrative, executive, judicial, clerical, typing, duplicating, machine operating, paper keeping, managerial, professional, scientific, experimental, technical, industrial or labouring functions.
