  "text": "The marriage of two people may be solemnized in a country or territory outside the United Kingdom in the presence of an authorised person where—\n(a) the authorised person is satisfied that the conditions set out in paragraph 8(2) of Schedule 6 to the Act are met; and\n(b) in the case of a marriage of a same sex couple, the marriage takes place in a country or territory referred to in article 5.",
