  "text": "(1) The parish of Cumnor is divided into four wards named respectively—\n(a) Cumnor Hill;\n(b) Cumnor Village;\n(c) Dean Court;\n(d) Farmoor.\n(2) Each ward comprises the area designated on the map by reference to the name of the ward.\n(3) Four councillors are to be elected for each of the following wards:\n(a) Cumnor Hill;\n(b) Cumnor Village;\n(c) Dean Court.\n(4) Three councillor is to be elected for Farmoor ward.",
