Regulation 1 Citation, commencement, extent and application

These Regulations may be cited as the Packaging Waste (Data Reporting) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2023.

(2)

These Regulations come into force on—

(a)

30th June 2023, or

(b)

if later, the day after the day on which they are made.

(3)

These Regulations extend to England and Wales, and apply to England only.
