# The Packaging Waste (Data Reporting) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2023, Regulation 3: Interpretation


In regulation 2(2)—
(a) in the definition of “brand owner”, for “8(2)” substitute “8(2B) read with 8(2A)”;
(b) omit the definition of “premises”;
(c) omit the definition of “recovery”.
