# The Packaging Waste (Data Reporting) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2024, Regulation 12: Data collection obligations


In regulation 16—
(a) in paragraph (3)(b)—
(i) in sub-paragraph (i), for “23(1) and (3)”, substitute “23(1) to (4)”;
(ii) in sub-paragraph (ii), after “paragraph 23(5)”, insert “and (6)”;
(b) in paragraph (6), for “23(3)”, substitute “23(2) and (3)”.
