  "text": "The Environment Agency may share any information it receives under these Regulations with the following entities to enable them to carry out their functions—\n(a) another UK regulator;\n(b) the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs; or\n(c) any person or entity authorised by the Secretary of State to receive that information.",
