  "text": "Draft Order in Council laid before Parliament under section 3(5) of the Parliamentary Constituencies Act 1986, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nREPRESENTATION OF THE PEOPLE\nREDISTRIBUTION OF SEATS AND REVIEW OF ELECTION ARRANGEMENTS\nMade 1998\nComing into force in accordance with article 1(3)\nAt the Court at , the day of 1998\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nWhereas in pursuance of section 3(3) of the Parliamentary Constituencies Act 1986 the Boundary Commission for England have submitted to the Secretary of State a report dated 26th June 1998 with respect to the areas comprised in certain constituencies in England and showing the constituencies into which they recommend, in accordance with that Act, that the areas should be divided;\nAnd whereas the Secretary of State has laid the report before Parliament together with the draft of this Order in Council to give effect to the recommendations contained in the report and each House of Parliament has by resolution approved that draft;\nNow, therefore, Her Majesty, in pursuance of section 4 of that Act, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:–",
