# The Passengers’ Council (Non-Railway Functions) Order 2010, Paragraph 1: Public Records Act 1958 (c. 51)


(1) In Schedule 1 to the Public Records Act 1958 (definition of public records) Part 2 of the Table at the end of paragraph 3 is amended as follows.
(2) At the appropriate place insert—
“Passengers’ Council.”.
(3) Omit the entry for the Rail Passengers’ Council.
