In Part 2 of the Schedule to the National Assembly for Wales (Disqualification) Order 2006f1 (other disqualifying offices), for “Chairman and any other member of the Rail Passengers’ Council in receipt of remuneration;” substitute “Chairman and any other member of the Passengers’ Council in receipt of remuneration;”.
