  "text": "(1) The table in Schedule 1 to the Infrastructure Planning (Applications: Prescribed Forms and Procedure) Regulations 2009 is amended as follows.\n(2) In column 1, for “Rail Passengers Council” substitute “Passengers’ Council”;\n(3) In column 2, at the end of the entry which corresponds to the entry in column 1 for the Rail Passengers Council insert “or road passenger transport services or facilities”.\n(4) In column 3, at the end of the entry which corresponds to the entry in column 1 for the Rail Passengers Council insert “or road passenger transport services or facilities”.",
