# The Passengers’ Council (Non-Railway Functions) Order 2010, Paragraph 3: Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967 (c. 13)


(1) Schedule 2 to the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967 (departments etc subject to investigation) is amended as follows.
(2) At the appropriate place insert—
“Passengers’ Council.”.
(3) Omit the entry for the Rail Passengers’ Council.
