Regulation 22 (application of existing rules and regulations) is amended as follows.

In paragraph (1), for “regulations 7(2), 7(3) and 15(3)”, substitute “regulation 7(2) and 7(3)”.

In paragraph (2), for “other than in relation to an application under regulation 15(1), and with any other necessary modifications”, substitute “with any necessary modifications”.
