Regulation 26 (application of 1977 and 1997 Acts) is amended as follows.

In paragraph (1), in both places where it occurs, for “regulations 7(2), 7(3) and 15(3)”, substitute “regulation 7(2) and 7(3)”.

In paragraph (3), for “regulations 15(1), 16(3) and 16(4)” substitute “regulation 16(3)”.
