  "text": "For Article 3(1), substitute—\n“1. Where an application is submitted under Article 7, a certificate shall be granted if at the date of submission of the application—\n(a) the product is protected by a basic patent in force;\n(b) there is a valid UK authorization to place the product on the market;\n(c) the product has not already been the subject of a certificate;\n(d) the authorization referred to in (b) is the first UK authorization to place the product on the market as a plant protection product.”.",
