(1)
Article 16 (termination or review of the licence) is amended as follows.
(2)
In paragraph 2, for “through the intermediary of the Commission”, substitute “by the Secretary of State”.
(3)
In paragraph 3, omit—
(a)
“or any other body appointed by the Member State”; and
(b)
“or by another body appointed by the Member State,”.
