# The Patents (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Regulation 62


In paragraph 2 of Article 15 (invalidity of the certificate), for “before the body responsible under national law for the revocation of the corresponding basic patent” substitute “the comptroller or the court”.
