Article 16 (revocation of an extension of the duration) is amended as follows.

In paragraph 1, for “Article 36 of Regulation (EC) No 1901/2006”, substitute “regulation 58A(3) of the Human Medicines Regulations 2012”.

In paragraph 2, for “the body responsible under national law for the revocation of the corresponding basic patent”, substitute “the comptroller or the court”.
