For paragraph 1 of Article 19 (procedure), substitute—

“1.

In the absence of procedural provisions in this Regulation, the procedural provisions applicable to the corresponding basic patent (as modified by section 128B of, and Schedule 4A to, the Patents Act 1977) shall apply to the certificate..”.
