A draft of these Regulations was laid before Parliament in accordance with section 236(3) of the Employment Rights Act 1996f1, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 75A(1) and (1A), 75D(2), 80B(1), (5)(aa), (6A) and (6B), of the Employment Rights Act 1996f2, makes the following Regulations.
