  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Paternity and Adoption Leave (Amendment) Regulations 2014.\n(2) This regulation and regulations 2, 10, 12 and 14(1) and (3) come into force on 1st October 2014.\n(3) Regulations 3, 4, 5(a), 5(b) (so far as it relates to new sub-paragraph (a) of new paragraph(1A), 6, 8 and 9 come into force on 1st December 2014.\n(4) Regulations 5(b) (so far as it relates to new sub-paragraph (b) of new paragraph (1A)), 7, 11, 13 and 14(2) and (4) come into force on 5th April 2015.",
