# The Payment Accounts (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Payment Accounts (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018.
(2) Chapter 2 of Part 2 comes into force on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made.
(3) The remaining provisions come into force on exit day.
