In regulation 3 (publication of the linked services list)—
(a)
in paragraph (1), for the words before “list” substitute “The Authority must maintain a published”;
(b)
in paragraph (2)—
(i)
after sub-paragraph (a) insert “and”;
(ii)
omit sub-paragraph (c) and the “and” immediately before it.
