Paragraph 8 The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Service of Notices) Regulations 2001

The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Service of Notices) Regulations 2001^f1 apply to any notice given by or to the Authority under these Regulations as they apply to relevant documents within the meaning of regulation 1(2)^f2 of those Regulations with the following modifications—

(a)

references to an investigating authority apply as if they are references to the Authority; and

(b)

regulation 6A is omitted.
