  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Payment Services and Payment Accounts (Contract Termination) (Amendment) Regulations 2025.\n(2) These Regulations come into force on 28th April 2026.\n(3) These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.",
