# The Pension Protection Fund (PPF Ombudsman) Amendment Order 2005, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Pension Protection Fund (PPF Ombudsman) Amendment Order 2005 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
(2) In this Order “the principal Order” means the Pension Protection Fund (PPF Ombudsman) Order 2005.
