Article 1 Citation, commencement, interpretation and extent

This Order may be cited as the Pension Protection Fund (PPF Ombudsman) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 6th April 2005.

In this Order “the Act” means the Pensions Act 2004.

(3)

Article 2(a) of this Order extends to Northern Ireland.
