Regulation 29 Amendment of the Occupational Pension Schemes (Revaluation) Regulations 1991

Regulation 4 of the Occupational Pension Schemes (Revaluation) Regulations 1991 (hybrid benefits)^f1 is amended as follows.

For paragraph (2), substitute—

“(2)

In this regulation, “hybrid benefit” means a benefit the rate or amount of which is calculated by reference to the greatest, or smallest, of two or more benefits.”.
