Regulation 40 Amendment to the Payments to Employers Regulations

For the definition of “money purchase benefits” in regulation 2 of the Payments to Employers Regulations (interpretation) substitute—

  • ““money purchase benefits” has the meaning given by section 181(1) of the Pension Schemes Act 1993 (general interpretation)f1;”.
