# The Pensions Act 2011(Transitional, Consequential and Supplementary Provisions) Regulations 2014, Regulation 63: Amendment of the Pension Protection Fund (Review and Reconsideration of Reviewable Matters) Regulations 2005


In the Schedule to the Pension Protection Fund (Review and Reconsideration of Reviewable Matters) Regulations 2005 in the first column of paragraph 16C (paragraphs 16C, 16D, 16E and 16F) of the table—
(a) omit “and”; and
(b) at the end insert “, 16G, 16H and 16I”.
