Article 8 Amendment of Schedule 7 to the Equality Act 2010

In paragraph 4(3) of Schedule 7 to the Equality Act 2010^f1 (equality of terms: exceptions), after “(state retirement pensions)” insert “or sections 2 to 12 of the Pensions Act 2014 (state pension)”.
