# The Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005, Article 194: Referral of questions of law


The PPF Ombudsman may refer any question of law arising for determination in connection with—
(a) a reviewable matter referred to him by virtue of regulations under Article 192, or
(b) a matter referred to him by virtue of regulations under Article 193,
to the High Court.
