  "text": "The Department may by order make such modifications of—\n(a) this Order,\n(b) the Pension Schemes Act,\n(c) the 1995 Order,\n(d) Parts II to V of the 1999 Order, and\n(e) Chapter 2 of Part II of the 2000 Act,\nas in its opinion facilitate, or are otherwise desirable in connection with, the consolidation of those statutory provisions or any of them.",
