  "text": "NORTHERN IRELAND\nMade 2005\nComing into operation in accordance with Article 1\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the ** day of ** 2005\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nWhereas this Order in Council is made only for purposes corresponding to the purposes of the Pensions Act 2004 (c. 35):\nNow, therefore, Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 1(1) of the Schedule to the Northern Ireland Act 2000 (c. 1) (as modified by section 324 of the said Act of 2004) and of all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—",
