In section 97J (time for compliance with transfer notice)—

(a)

in subsection (2) after “circumstances,” insert “by direction,”, and

(b)

in subsection (6)(a) for “in relation to applications under subsection (2)” substitute “requiring applications for extensions under subsection (2) to meet prescribed requirements”.
