(a)

in paragraph (4) for “, 16(3)(b) and 25(2)” substitute “and 25(2) and Article 218(6) of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005”, and

(b)

in paragraph (5) for “Articles 3 and 10 apply” substitute “Article 10 applies”.
