Paragraph 48 The 1995 Order
In Article 49 (other responsibilities of trustees, employers, etc.)—
(a)
in paragraph (6) for “Articles 3 and 10 apply” substitute “Article 10 applies”, and
(b)
in paragraph (10)—
(i)
omit sub-paragraph (a) and the word “and” immediately after it, and
(ii)
in sub-paragraph (b) for “such steps” substitute “reasonable steps to secure compliance”.
