Paragraph 52 The 1995 Order

In Article 71A(4)(d) (power to make provision in relation to applications for the purposes of that Article)—

(a)

for “before such time as may be prescribed” substitute “before an application is made for the purposes of this Article”, and

(b)

for “an application for the purposes of this Article” substitute “the application”.
