Paragraph 67 The 1999 Order

In Article 4 (registration of stakeholder pension schemes)—

(a)

in paragraph (3) after “may” insert “by direction”, and

(b)

in paragraph (4) for the words from “Article 3” to “Order applies” substitute “Article 10 of the Pensions Order (civil penalties) applies to any trustee of a pension scheme which is or has been registered under this Article, and”.
