# The Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005, Paragraph 9


The power to make an order appointing a trustee under any of the following provisions of Article 7—
(a) paragraph (1) where a trustee is removed by an order under Article 3 (prohibition orders);
(b) paragraph (3)(a) or (c).
