  "text": "In the case of a widower who attains pensionable age before 6th April 2010, paragraphs 3C, 4 and 7A of Schedule 5 to the Contributions and Benefits Act (entitlement to increase of pension or widowed person’s lump sum) shall not apply unless he was over pensionable age when his wife died.",
