# The Persistent Organic Pollutants (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 10: Amendments to Article 3


(1) Article 3 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 3—
(a) for “Member States and the Commission” substitute “The appropriate authority”;
(b) for “Union legislation” substitute “retained EU law”.
(3) Omit paragraphs 4 and 5.
