# The Personal Accounts Delivery Authority Winding Up Order 2010, Article 4: Transfer of property, rights and liabilities


(1) Subject to paragraph (2), all of the property, rights and liabilities of the Authority, including the property, rights and liabilities described or referred to in Schedule 1, are, on the transfer date, transferred to the corporation.
(2) The property, rights and liabilities described or referred to in Schedule 2 are, on the transfer date, transferred to the Secretary of State.
